Participant notices

Please read all the following notices before registering.

Registration

Only applicants who register in advance on this website may participate. One participant per mobile number is allowed. Duplicate registrations are not permitted.
Family members and friends must each submit a separate application.
Applicants are responsible for any disadvantage caused by incorrect registration details that prevent identity verification.
Please cancel your registration in advance if you cannot attend.
The mobile stamp walking tour uses smartphone QR verification. You may join the walk without a smartphone or if you cannot complete mobile verification, but you will not receive the completion reward or digital completion certificate.

Bring the mobile participation pass sent by text message on the event day and check in at the participant check-in booth at Daejeon Expo Citizen Plaza. Foreign nationals will receive their pass by email.
Check-in opens at 11:30. Please arrive and complete check-in by 13:00 so that the walk can start smoothly.

Wear the admission wristband issued on the event day.
Wristbands are used to confirm program participation and reward eligibility. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

Follow the event staff’s instructions and complete mobile missions at the four designated locations along the walking route.
The Energy OX Quiz Championship is open to the first 500 applicants who register for it in advance.
Venue: DCC Exhibition Hall 1 / Time: 16:00–17:00.

Participants who complete mobile QR missions at two or more of the four designated locations will receive a KRW 10,000 Ontong Daejeon voucher at the finish point, Daejeon Expo Citizen Plaza.
Rewards are issued after identity and wristband verification, once per participant. Duplicate collection and collection on behalf of others are not allowed.
The reward collection location and time may change depending on event conditions. Follow the instructions at the venue.

Parking near the venue is expected to be crowded. Please use public transport whenever possible.

Some sections of the walking route include intersections and roads with vehicle traffic. Follow the instructions of safety personnel and event staff.
Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Bicycles, scooters and other non-walking means of transport are not permitted.
If you feel unwell, are injured or notice a hazard during the walk, inform the nearest event staff member immediately. In an emergency, follow the instructions of the on-site medical team, ambulance personnel and safety staff.
On-site first aid and transport to hospital, if needed, are supported for injuries or accidents during the event. Insurance compensation is subject to the coverage and limits of the event’s insurance policy.
Pets are not permitted. There are no storage facilities or changing rooms. Bring personal items such as outerwear for temperature changes and suitable walking shoes.
For their safety, participants under 14 must attend with a guardian.
